| Exchange Disseminated Time 03/10/2015 08:46:52 | With reference to the earlier letter dated July 9, 2015 intimating that Jubilant Agri and Consumer Products Limited (“JACPL”), Company's material non listed wholly owned subsidiary, has proposed to file a petition under relevant applicable provisions of Companies Acts, for reduction of its capital by way of setting off its accumulated losses against securities premium account as on March 31, 2015 subject to approval/confirmation of the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad (High Court).
In this regard, Jubilant Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the High Court has approved the reduction of Capital vide its order dated October 1, 2015. |
