Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in accordance with the Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders for trading in listed or proposed to be listed securities, the Trading Window closure period would commences from 05:00 p.m. on February 01, 2017 and will end 48 hours after the results are made public on February 08, 2017.
