1. Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended March 31, 2009.
2. payment of dividend at the rate of Rs 2/- per equity share of Rs 10/- each for the year April 2008 to March 2009 payable on and from August 05, 2009.
3. reappointment of Mr. S M Thakore, Mr. Hemendra M Kothari, and Mr. K R V Subrahmanian, as Directors, who were retiring by rotation.
4. Reappointment of Messrs. Bansi S. Mehta & Co., Chartered Accountants, as Auditors.
5. Reappointment of Mr. Yogesh M Kothari, as Chairman & Managing Director, for a further period of 3 years from April 01, 2009 to March 31, 2012. |
