1. To consider and approve un-Audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended on September 30, 2017.
2. To consider the proposal for declaration of interim dividend, if any, for the financial year 2017-18.
Further, as per code of conduct for prevention of insider trading adopted by the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window shall remain be closed from November 13, 2017 till 48 hours after the financial results become generally available to pubic, for all directors and designated persons of the Company. |
