| Exchange Disseminated Time | Gujarat Narmada Valley Fertilizers & Chemicals Ltd has informed BSE that about Change in the Directorate of the Company as under:
1. The nomination of Shri A. M. Tiwari, lAS has been withdrawn by the Government of Gujarat (GOG) effective May 02, 2013. As such he has ceased to be the Director/Managing Director of the Company w.e.f. the said date.
2. Dr. Rajiv Kumar Gupta, lAS has been nominated as Government Director on the Board of the Company by GOG effective May 02, 2013. He has been appointed Managing Director of the Company w.e.f. the said date.
3. Shri R. K. Tripathy, lAS, Director of the Company tendered his resignation as Director of the Company effective May 07, 2013. As such, he has ceased to be the Director of the Company w.e.f. the said date. |
