| Exchange Disseminated Time | DCM Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from July 25, 2014 to August 04, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Final Dividend & 124th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on August 04, 2014.
Further, in terms of Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 20(3)(vii) of the Companies (Management & Administration) Rules, 2014, the Company has fixed June 20, 2014, as a cut -off date to record the entitlement of the shareholders to cast their vote electronically in respect of the businesses to be transacted at the 124th Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on August 04, 2014 by electronic means under the Companies Act, 2013 and rules issued thereunder. |
