| Exchange Disseminated Time | Housing Development and Infrastructure Ltd has informed BSE that the Company had issued 25675 12% Non-Convertible Debentures of Rs. 10.00 Lakhs each aggregating to Rs. 2567.70 Crores, out of which as on date Non-Convertible Debentures aggregating to Rs. 1311.22 Crores has been redeemed including Non-Convertible Debentures of Rs. 373.99 Crores redeemed during the period April 2013 to August 14, 2013.
The Board of Directors at its meeting held on August 14, 2013 have accepted resignation of Mr. R. C. Kapoor as a Director of the Company with immediate effect. Mr. R. C. Kapoor has resigned due to personal reasons. The Board of Directors joins in mourning the family & friends of Shri S. P. Talwar a Director of the Company, who passed away on August 09, 2013 and have left an irreparable place in the organisation. |
