Peninsula Land Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from August 01, 2013 to August 08, 2013 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend & 141st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on August 08, 2013.

Further the Company has informed that, the dividend, if declared by the members at the Annual General Meeting will be paid within 11 days from the date of declaration, i.e. by August 19, 2013.
