| Exchange Disseminated Time | Punjab Chemicals & Crop Protection Ltd has informed BSE that the members of the Company will consider to approve the following resolutions, by way of Postal Ballot :
1. Authorisation for Corporate Debt Restructuring scheme.
2. Preferential issue and allotment of Equity Shares to Promoter.
The Postal Ballot Form should reach to the Scrutinizer not later than the close of working hours i.e. 5.30 p.m on August 28, 2012.
