| Exchange Disseminated Time | Esab India Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors to be held on August 06, 2015 to take on record the Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2015.
Further, as per the Company’s the Code for Prevention of Insider Trading framed in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the Trading Window for the purpose of transacting in Company's Shares will remain closed with effect from July 17, 2015 to August 08, 2015 (both days inclusive). Accordingly, all the designated employees (including Directors) of the Company have been intimated not to trade in the Company's shares during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window. |
