| Exchange Disseminated Time | | With reference to the earlier intimation on March 10, 2016, Tamilnadu Telecommunications Ltd has now informed BSE that due to some inconvenience in date intimated by few Directors, the date of the meeting has been postponed from March 18, 2016 to March 22, 2016. Hence the 149th meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 22, 2016 at 12.30 p.m, in the Board room of M/s. Tamilnadu Industrial Development Corporation Limited, 19A, Rukmini Lakshmipathi Road, Egmore, Chennai - 600008, to consider and confirm the un-audited results for the quarter ended December 31, 2015, after review by the Audit Committee (which has already been approved by the Committee of the Board in its meeting held on February 11, 2016), along with other normal business. |
