1. Took note of the order passed by The Commissioner, Central Excise and Service Tax, Goa dated October 20, 2016, claiming differential Central Excise Duty aggregating to Rs. 10,85,299 and a penalty of Rs. 10,85,299 and has given the Company 60 days time to file an appeal.
2. Took note of receipt of proceeds by way of sale of shares in Prime Lenses Private Limited, details of which have been intimated to stock exchanges on August 10, 2016.
