1. Have accepted resignation tendered by Mr. Shailendra Dindore from the post of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer end of business hours July 10, 2015.

2. Have nominated Mr. Ajay Joshi, Chief Financial Officer of the Company as Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from July 10, 2015 for the intermittent period till the Company appoints “Company Secretary and Compliance Officer”.
