This closure of the Trading Window has been occasioned by reason of the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company, which is scheduled to be held on February 07, 2018 inter alia, to consider and approve the Standalone and Consolidated Unaudited Financial Results for the Third Quarter ended 31/12/2017 along with Limited Review Report of Auditors and other items as per agenda.
