| Exchange Disseminated Time | Anant Raj Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board Directors of the Company will be held on February 12, 2016, inter alia, to transact the following businesses:
- To consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2015.
Further, in terms of prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations, 2015 issued by Securities Exchange Board of India (SEBI) and the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all the Designated Persons (as defined in the code) from January 29, 2016 to February 14, 2016 (both days inclusive). |
