| Exchange Disseminated Time | | Microsec Financial Services Ltd has informed BSE that in response to the application made by the Company for cancellation of NBFC Registration Certificate, the Reserve Bank of India has vide its letter dated July 16, 2015 informed that the Company has been deregistered as a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) and the Certificate of Registration (CoR) dated November 09, 2005 has been cancelled vide cancellation order dated May 21, 2015. RBI has also advised that being a Core Investment Company (CIC), the Company henceforth function only as CIC. |
