| Exchange Disseminated Time 23/03/2016 17:03:48 | Speciality Restaurants Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 23, 2016, have considered and approved the following based on the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee:
- Mr. Avinash Kinhikar, Manager - Legal and Secretarial will be designated as Company Secretary and Legal Head of the Company and shall act as the Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from May 25, 2016 in place of Mr. V.S. Satyamoorthy, the existing Company Secretary, who will cease to be a Company Secretary and Compliance Officer with effect from that date on his retirement from the services of the Company.
In compliance with the requirements of the circular issued by the Securities and Exchange Board of India bearing dated September 09, 2015, the required information under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations is attached herewith for your information. |
