We would like to inform you that, as per relaxation given in SEBI circular no. CIR/CFD/FAC/62/2016 dated 05th July 2016, the Company is availing the extension for approving and submitting the IND-AS Compliant financial results for the second quarter as well i.e. quarter ended 30th September 2017. The Board meeting will be conveyed within the extended period of time i.e. up to 14th December 2017.
As per provisions of listing regulations, the Company shall furnish advance intimation regarding holding of the Board meeting for approval of financial results for the quarter ended 30th September 2017.
