| Exchange Disseminated Time | The Ramco Cements Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 22, 2014, to consider the Audited Annual Accounts for the year ended March 31, 2014 and to recommend dividend for the year 2013-14.
Further, as per the "Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading" of the Company, the trading window shall remain closed for Directors and other designated employees of the Company from May 18, 2014 to May 23, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of approval of Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2014. |
