This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Tuesday, 16th January, 2018 inter-alia, to consider the Un-Audited Financial Results for the 3rd Quarter ended 31st December 2017.
Further, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in shares of the Company shall remain closed for Directors/Officers/designated employees of the Company from 9th January, 2018 until the end of 48 hours after the results are made public on 16th January, 2018.
