| Exchange Disseminated Time 29/09/2015 14:21:30 | Karur Vysya Bank Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Bank will meet on October 15, 2015, inter alia, to consider the Un-audited Financial Results of the Bank for the quarter ended September 30, 2015.
Further, pursuant to Code 5.1 of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading Regulations of the Bank, the Trading Window for the purpose of trading in the Bank's shares shall remain closed from October 08, 2015 till October 17, 2015 (both days inclusive) in view of consideration of the un-audited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2015. The Trading window shall open for trading on October 19, 2015. |
