1. Mr. Shailesh Desai has been appointed as Managing Director of the Company, subject to the approval of the members at the 21st Annual General Meeting, for the term of 3 years.
2. Appointment of Scrutinizer for announcement of e-voting and poll result of the ensuing AGM.
3. Approved the re-constitution of Audit Committee, Nomination & Remuneration Committee, Stakeholder Relations Committee, Risk Management and Corporate Social Responsibility Committee. |
