Tata Communications is currently seeking chief financial officer candidates and intends to complete its search in the near future. In order to facilitate an orderly transition, Mr. Baweja will continue serving as Tata Communications' CFO until November 03, 2014. Mr. Baweja's exit from the business is on positive terms.
