The "Trading Window" of the Company shall remain closed from November 02, 2015 to November 12, 2015 (both days inclusive) in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 read with Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Insiders for dealing in securities of the Company.
