| Exchange Disseminated Time | VST Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 16, 2009, inter alia, has taken place the following changes in Directors:
1. Mr. V Sekar - Nominee Director (Non-Executive) on behalf of General Insurers' (Public Sector) Association of India member Companies and the GIC has resigned from the Board with effect from December 31, 2008.
2. Mr. Milind A Kharat - has been appointed as Nominee Director (Non-Executive) in the place of Mr. V Sekar with effect from January 01, 2009 on behalf of General Insurers' (Public Sector) Association of India member Companies and the GIC.
3. Mr. Raymond S Noronha, Managing Director whose current tenure of office expires on September 02, 2010 has been extended by another two years viz., up to September 02, 2012 subject to the approval of the members.
4. Mr. N Sai Sankar, Finance Director & Secretary has been re-designated as Deputy Managing Director & Secretary with effect from February 01, 2009 subject to the approval of the members.
The other terms and conditions of the Executive Directors remains unaltered. |
