| Exchange Disseminated Time | Cyber Media India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 17, 2007, has issued and allotted 1,000,124 warrants, convertible into an equal number of equity shares at a later date, to the promoters of the Company, pursuant to the special resolution of the shareholders passed by way of postal ballot on June 15, 2007.
The warrants have been allotted in the following manner:

2. Sudha Bala Gupta : 1,20,000 (No. of warrants)
3. Anuradha Gupta : 40,000 (No. of warrants)
4. Dhaval Gupta : 25,000 (No. of warrants)
