Aeries India Pvt. Ltd. was allotted 20,00,000 Warrants on preferential basis in the month of October 2013. The aforesaid allotment of 6,00,000 Equity Shares arises on conversion of 6,00,000 Warrants out of the 20,00,000 Warrants.
Post allotment, the Paid up Equity Share Capital of the Company comprises of 3,04,47,512 Equity Shares of Rs. 5/- each aggregating to Rs. 15,22,37,560/-. |
