| Exchange Disseminated Time | Maral Overseas Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 27, 2010, inter alia, has transacted the following:
1. The Board of Directors have recommended Preference Dividend @ 8% p.a. i.e. Rs. 4 per share on 1885400 Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares (CRPS) of Rs. 100/- each proportionate for the period from the October 01, 2009 to the March 31, 2010 and dividend @3% p.a. i.e. Rs. 0.50 per share on 8,00,000 CRPS of Rs. 100/- each proportionate for the period from the January 31, 2010 to the March 31, 2010, aggregating to Rs. 78,41,600/-.
2. The Board of Directors has not recommended any dividend on Equity Shares. |
