| Exchange Disseminated Time | Shakti Pumps India Ltd has informed BSE that as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading read with Securities Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 1992, the 'Trading window' for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed from May 05, 2014 to May 18, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of declaration of Audited Financial Result for the Quarter and Year ended March 31, 2014 for all Directors, Officers, Designated Employees of the Company.
The 'Trading window’ shall reopen for dealing in securities in the Equity shares of the Company from the start of the business hours on May 19, 2014. |
