| Exchange Disseminated Time | Hindusthan National Glass & Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors by a resolution passed by circulation on June 17, 2013 has decided to cancel the issue of shares of the Company on Preferential allotment and refund the share application money received to the respective applicants. The Board had originally approved the said proposed preferential issue vide resolution dated November 07, 2012, approved by the Shareholders, vide resolution dated December 18, 2012.
The Board members also took on record the resignation of Shri Venkatesan Sridar, from the Directorship of the Company w.e.f. the close of May 30, 2013. |
