| Exchange Disseminated Time | Fiem Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 12, 2015 inter-alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter ended December 31, 2014.
In above connection, it is also informed that in terms of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992 and Company’s internal code of conduct for prevention of insider trading, the ‘Trading Window’ for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed from February 05, 2015 to February 13, 2015 (both days inclusive). |
