| Exchange Disseminated Time | Future Market Networks Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 24, 2014, inter alia, has transacted the following:
1. Taken on record the resignation of Mr. Sumit Dabriwala as the Director of the Company.
2. Share Transfer Committee is reconstituted by inducting Mr. Vijai Singh Dugar, independent Director in place of Mr. Sumit Dabriwala.
3. Shareholders / Investors Grievance Committee is reconstituted by inducting Mr. Vijai Singh, independent Director in place of Mr. Sumit Dabriwala.
4. Shareholders / Investors Grievance Committee is renamed as Stakeholders Relationship Committee.
5. Disposal of Investments :
The Board of Directors approved to sell the beneficial interest held by the Company in the Calcutta River Side Project for a total consideration of Rs. 33,00,00,000/- (Rupees Thirty Three Crores Only) through transfer of shares. |
