Hence, pursuant to Clause 36 of the Listing Agreement and other applicable provisions, if any, read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 1992, the “Trading Window” of the Company shall remain closed from February 04, 2015 to February 14, 2015 (both days inclusive), Accordingly, during the period, the Directors / designated employees of the Company including their dependent family members are directed not to deal in the Company’s Shares. |
