| Exchange Disseminated Time | | With reference to the earlier letter dated October 29, 2010, April 30, 2011 and November 12, 2014, In this regard Indian Hume Pipe Company Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has on June 02, 2015 signed Agreement for Development dated June 02, 2015 with Dosti Realty Limited, the Developers for development of Company’s freehold industrial land admeasuring 48,288 sq. mtrs. equivalent to 5,19,772 sq.ft. or thereabouts situated at Hadapsar, Pune (said property) subject to the necessary approvals to be obtained by the Developers. |
