1. Considered & adopted the Audited Accounts of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2009, and the report of the Board of Directors and Auditor's thereon.
2. Re-appointed Mr. Vijay Kumar Jain as Director of the Company.
3. Re-appointed M/s. R. Kothari & Company, Chartered accountants, as Auditor of the Company to hold office from the conclusion of this Annual General Meeting and authorized the Board of Directors to fix their remuneration. |
