| Exchange Disseminated Time | Satra Properties India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 01, 2016, inter alia, to consider the following Business:
1. To consider the extension of date of redemption of 18% Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (unlisted) issued on Private Placement Basis alongwith alteration in other terms and conditions.
2. In terms of the Company's Code of practices & procedures for fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information alongwith Code of Internal procedures and code of Conduct of prevention of Insider Trading pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed from March 14, 2016 to April 05, 2016 (both days inclusive). |
