The E-voting period will begin from 9.00 a.m. September 23, 2014 and will end at 6.00 p.m. on September 23, 2014. During this period the shareholders of the Company, holding shares either in physical form or in dematerialized form, as on the cut-off date (record date) of August 28, 2014 may cast their vote electronically. |
