| Exchange Disseminated Time 28/08/2015 16:03:59 | Kaushalya Infrastructure Development Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 25, 2015 to September 29, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 23rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 29, 2015.
Further, pursuant to provisions of Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014 and Clause 35B of the Listing Agreement, the Company is pleased to provide its members, the facility to cast their vote by electronic means on all the resolutions mentioned in the notice. The Company had fixed September 22, 2015 as cut-off date for the purpose of determining eligibility of shareholders to cast the votes electronically in respect of the businesses to be transacted at the AGM. |
