| Exchange Disseminated Time 24/01/2017 17:05:46 | Aplab Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 10, 2017 inter alia, to consider the un-audited financial results of the Company for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2016 and other matters.
Further, in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations and Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company, will be closed from January 25, 2017 for Designated Employees (and their immediate Relatives) under the Aplab Limited Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading - 2015. The Trading Window will open 48 hours after the announcement to the Stock Exchange of the Un-audited Financial Results for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2016. |
