inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2015 (Q1).
Further the Company has informed that, pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations, 2015, and the Code of the Company to regulate, monitor and report trade by insiders, the trading window for dealing in the shares of the Company by the designate persons, shall remain closed from July 15, 2015 to the closing business hours on July 24, 2015 on account of declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2015. |
