| Exchange Disseminated Time | The President of India, acting through and represented by the Ministry of Steel, Government of India is the Promoter of Steel Authority of India Ltd. (the "Promoter") ("Seller") has submitted to BSE a Notice of Offer for Sale up to 24,03,96,572 equity shares of the face value of Rs. 10 each ("Offer Shares"), representing 5.82% of the total paid up equity share capital of Steel Authority of India Ltd (the "Company"), by Promoter through a sale on the separate window provided by the BSE Ltd. & NSE Ltd. (the "Stock Exchanges") for this purpose.
The Offer shall take place on the separate window of the Stock Exchanges and shall commence on March 22, 2013 at 9.15 A.M. and shall close on the same day at 3.30 P.M. Indian Standard Time ("Offer Date"). |
