| Exchange Disseminated Time | Sicagen India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 26, 2009, inter alia, has considered and approved a proposal for acquiring a new business undertaking relating to manufacture of drums & barrels, at Chennai.
The Board has also confirmed & finalized, at this meeting, the sale of Goodwill Travels & Cargo Division of the Company. This is pursuant to the approval of the shareholders obtained through passing of resolution by Postal Ballot on December 08, 2008. |
