| Exchange Disseminated Time 01/04/2016 18:18:10 | MEP Infrastructure Developers Ltd has informed BSE that MEP Infrastructure Developers Limited - Sanjose India Infrastructure & Construction Pvt. Ltd. - JV has received Letter of Acceptance ('LOA') dated March 31, 2016 from MORTH (Ministry of Road Transport & Highways) for the following Project:
- Rehabilitation and up-gradation of NH-66 (Erstwhile NH-17) from km. 241/300 to km 281/300 [Arawali - Kante section] to Four Lane with paved shoulder in the State of Maharashtra under NHDP IV on Hybrid Annuity Mode.
Key highlights of the Project are as under:
i) Construction Period: 2 years from the Appointed Date.
ii) Concession Period: 15 years (excluding Construction Period of 2 years).
iii) The Bid Project Cost is Rs. 592.98 Crores (Rupees Five Hundred Ninety Two Crores and Ninety Eight Lacs) and O&M Bid is 5.67 Crores (Rupees Five Crores and Sixty Seven Lakhs) for the First Year.
iv) The Company will receive Bi-Annual Annuity from MORTH post Commercial Operation Date (COD).
Further, MEP Infrastructure Developers Ltd - Sanjose India Infrastructure & Construction Pvt. Ltd. - JV, Hybrid Annuity order book stands at Rs. 1,762.98 Crores (Rupees One Thousand Seven Hundred Sixty Two Crores and Ninety Eight Lacs) to be executed over the next 3 years (from the Appointed Date). |
