Further, pursuant to Code of Prevention of Insider Trading Regulations, 1992, the trading window in respect of shares and securities of our Company will be closed for all the designated Employees and Directors of the Company from January 24, 2015 from 12.30 p.m. onwards and the same will be opened after 24 hours of the Board Meeting schedule to be held on January 31, 2015. |
