| Exchange Disseminated Time 23/05/2016 18:40:10 | With reference to the earlier latter dated May 04, 2016, regarding "Board Meeting Intimation for Results & Closure of Trading Window", Accel Frontline Ltd has now informed BSE that the Board meeting scheduled for May 24, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results as at March 31, 2016 has been postponed till further notice.
In light of the above, the ‘Trading window” of the Company shall remain closed till the Audited financial results are adopted by the Board of directors, in accordance with dealing with the securities of the Company as per the Company's Code of conduct for prevention of Insider Trading as adopted by the Company in compliance of SEBl (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015. |
