| Exchange Disseminated Time | With reference to the earlier announcement dated May 30, 2013 regarding Board recommends Dividend, IVP Ltd has now informed BSE that the Board of Directors have recommended Dividend @ Re. 1.50 per share or 15% subject to approval of the Shareholders at the Annual General Meeting of the Company scheduled for August 14, 2013.
There was a typographic error in the first forwarding letter where the dividend @ Rs. 2 per share or 20% was mentioned instead of @ Re. 1.50 per share or 15%.
The correct rate of dividend should be read as @ Re. 1.50 per share or 15%. |
