1. With respect to letter dated October 20, 2016, Appointment of Mr. Pradeep Kumar Panja, the effective date of Appointment should be corrected as November 01, 2016 in place on October 20, 2106.

2. With respect to letter dated October 21, 2016, Appointment of Mr. Kodumudi Sambamurthi Sripathi also known as Mr. K. S. Sripathi, the effective date of Appointment should be corrected as October 21, 2016 in place on October 21, 2106.
