| Exchange Disseminated Time | Sat Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 22, 2016,
inter alia, to consider the following business:-
- To consider further Acquisition of Equity Shares of ITALICA FURNITURE PRIVATE LIMITED and SAH POLYMERS LIMITED.
Further, in accordance with Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, the Trading Window for designated employees of the Company shall remain closed from March 14, 2016 to March 27, 2016 (both days inclusive). During this period, the Directors, Designated Employees and their dependents shall not deal in the shares of the Company. |
