| Exchange Disseminated Time | Educomp Solutions Ltd has informed BSE that Remuneration Committee of the Company on August 13, 2013 has granted 8,50,000 Stock Options to the Employees/Director of the Company/Subsidiaries under ESOP Scheme 2012 at current market price to be converted in to one equity share of face value of Rs. 2/- each on exercise of one option.
Vesting conditions and Exercise period of the stock options is as decided by the remuneration committee as per the terms and conditions of the ESOP Scheme 2012. |
