2. S. B. Shopping Mall and Hotel Pvt. Ltd.
3. S. B. Concept Hotel Mails Pvt. Ltd.
4. J. P. Shopping Mall and Hotel Pvt. Ltd.
5. D. G. Malls Multiplex Pvt. Ltd.
6. G. P. Concept Hotel and Mall Pvt. Ltd.
7. Goa Tech Parks Pvt. Ltd.
All the above projects were allotted to BSEL for Commercial / Retail / IT / Hotel Development and BSEL was holding 50% shares in all the above projects with Unity Infraprojects Ltd. |
